Terms & Conditions

  • Check-in is at 4PM We are currently operating in a self check-in model. At 4 PM your cabin will be unlocked by our camp host and a key will be left for you in the room. Most keys are placed on clipboards with other information on the will right as you enter.

  • Check-out is at 11am on the day of your departure. A late check out fee of up to 1/2 of a single night stay will be charged to the card on file for any unscheduled late departures.

  • Cancellation Policy Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours (3 Days) prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid a one (1) night full room cancellation fee. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged the full room charge plus taxes. If you decide to cancel your booking we appreciate as much notice in advance as possible to recover from the lost booking.

  • No Smoking in Cabins This is a non-smoking facility. All buildings strictly prohibit smoking tobacco, as well as vaping. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file for guests that violate this policy.

  • We are not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours (3 Days) prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid a one (1) night full room charge cancellation fee. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged the full reservation charge plus taxes.

  • Pets are Welcome - Pets are welcome, subject to a $25 charge per pet. Dogs must remain on leash when you’re out enjoying the grounds… this rule is strictly enforced. Please pick up after your dog. Damages due to furniture destruction, urine, feces, vomit or other liquids/odors could result in damage fees up to $500. Please kennel any pets which would benefit all parties, humans and animals alike, by kenneling. Damaged/destroyed furniture will be charged the cost to replacement that furniture.

  • Payment for your reservation is taken in advance. We are currently a small family run facility with self check-in. Due to this your payment is handled online via credit/debit card at the time of your booking to keep things simple. A full refund will be issued in the case of cancellation before 72 hours (3 days) of your reservation.

  • Your room includes Mini-fridge, microwave, coffee station and minibars (excluding vintage trailers due to their small size!) prices posted will be charged to the card on file upon checkout. Blankets are available in each room, towels are available in all cabins with bathrooms and though we don’t currently offer turndown service during your stay, you can text 541-395-2611 for any urgent needs and we will do our best to help you in a prompt manner.

  • Damaged or missing items: Missing items will be billed at twice their replacement cost. Missing keys are $35 each. Damage to rooms or equipment, such as carpet stains requiring more than spot cleaning, will be charged based on the cost of repair or replacement. Staff time to clean or repair will be billed at $35 per hour.
